Onderschroefmessen

Door het gebruik van de allerjongste technieken op het gebied van materiaalbewerking is het ons mogelijk om aan elke klantenwens te voldoen.

De productie van onderschroefmessen gebeurt op een CNC-gestuurde multi-bewerkingsmachine. Deze door de computer aangestuurde bewerkingsmachine maakt het mogelijk om zeer nauwkeurig het hardste staal te bewerken.

Onderschroefmessen worden geleverd in de hardheden 400 Hb of 500 Hb. (Dit is afhankelijk van de klantenwens en de toepassing). De dikte kan varieren van 16mm tot 70 mm dik.

Voor de bevestiging van de messen wordt gebruik gemaakt van bouten en moeren met een zeer grote treksterkte. Dit om afschuiving van de bouten tijdens het werk te voorkomen. De bouten en moeren worden desgewenst meegeleverd.

Dit snijden gebeurt onder water om zo weinig mogelijk verlies te krijgen van de hardheid op de snijkanten. De productie van messenstaal staat vanzelfsprekend onder voortdurende kwaliteitscontrole, waarbij het verdere productieproces onder voortdurende supervisie staat van geschoolde en vakbekwame operatoren.
